Yellowfin (Verdelho)
Description:

This wine has been made from the Verdelho grape variety grown on our small family owned and operated vineyard in Perth's renowned Swan Valley.

This fruit was gently pressed and then fermented in stainless steel vats to maintain and enhance primary fruit freshness. The wine is brilliant pale green and vibrant in appearance.

Tasting Notes: On the nose expect to find lifted fruits of guava and melon with hints of lime juice. The palate is light bodied and fruit driven, with a crisp mouth feel balancing the zesty herbaceous and citrus characters leading to a refreshing crisp finish.
Awards: Bronze Medal at the 2007 Swan Valley Wine Show.
