Small open fermenters, hand plunging and basket pressed means that the winemaker is hands on and intimate with the wine at every step, a characteristic rarely seen these days. Small batch winemaking at it's best! A dense, complex nose is jam packed with ripe plums, liquorice and spicy oak. The pallet delves into a massive concentration of fruit, spices and chocolate supported with fine, flavour carrying tannins. With great fruit weight, this young wine will develop into a blockbuster! |
